Hey Sam, how do you frag your polyps? I have a bunch of brown polyps and green centered polyps that I would like to bring to the meeting, but not sure if I can just pull them off the LARGE rocks they are on, or if I have to place rubble beside them and hope for a migration.
Lemme know if I can start yankin, if so I will bring a bunch of them to the meeting on Saturday. (Unmounted of course) |
Andrew, those polyps were ready to fall off by themselves due to overpopulation on my small rock. I just use my finger nails to scrape them off as they were already on the edge of the rock.
|
Cool, I have several that are in the same predicament in my tank, close to the edges of rocks. I'll try the fingernail removal, can't be much different than Xenia extraction! :o
