that is a combanation of the bubbling salt creep in the 33 (got to make a lid for that part of the sump) .. and a bad glue joint (the o-righ is dry)

Oh and I didn't glue it togeather either if that is your next question.. I am making a new one right now and I will fix the joint in that one when I have the new one ready.. about 90% of it is the spray from the return going into the 33 though :roll:
