If you have you have 220 (240) you have 110 (120). How are you going to tap into the 240V? If it an unused 240v recepticle, you can easliy split/convert it to 2x120v (like done for kitchen plugs)

220 comes from a base board heater , (we dont use electric) but because there are other heaters in the curcuit, I cant split the curcuit into 110
