Has anyone used the dremel to do it?

Drilling tanks that small hasn't given me good results. Half the time they crack. The last sump I did, I just ordered a piece of glass with the hole in it, that way the driller is responsible. Then I just replaced the side of the tank with the drilled piece. Takes about 30 minutes total, plus drying time.
