Great pics  Love the aquascaping

That tank looks huge  How big is it?

Marc, a top down of the rock scape would look cool, if you have enough room over top

Marc.

Damn, some one always build my idea's faster than I can:mrgreen: I was just talking about setting mine up this way yesterday. How do you like it compared to the old way? I am thinking it should make a ton more foam and give a longer contact time. Oh and what pump are you using to drive your Beckets? I am thinking of using two Mak4's to run two beckets.

Wow Marc!
Excellent aquascaping, looks like one could take a few laps in that reef

Now, only if I could see it in person with a few pop's in hand

Thanks all,

Mr alberta, The pump is a Sequence 1100 series Seq 23.

Beverly, The tank is 525 g and the sump is 370 g .
Total overall dimensions are 100"x48"x31" viewable depth is 40" due to an external overflow. wich i didnt include in the gallonage, but could hold another 40 gallons i believe itself.

Willow, not a hemi, but it is runnin Headers...

Steve, there is really no comparison to the old way....i was trying to drive way too much water through it, though it produced, it just made for an unstable foam.
I originally thought the diffuser plate would help, but it didnt cut it really.
The biggest change now,is its stability, Now it makes shaving cream.

Brad, heres one, it doesnt capture the full tank, but it shows a good chunk.

Ill try to get a better one on the weekend.

Here was a neat one i took while feeding.

Kinda cool, i can actually close my hand and they will try to get right inside it.

Thanks all. Marc.

Hi Marc. That's really impressive. That first pic in the first post reminds me of how it looked as I snorkelled in Hawaii.

Thanks, I have been humming and hawing about the type of set up to do for about 4 months now but never had the nerve to just cut the extra holes and do it as I had never seen a recirced becket and didn't know how it would work. anyways good to know it is working made my decision a heck of a lot easier... now where is my router
