Do you know off hand if the tank has a floating bottom or not?

I don't think so.....but as I am not 100% sure what that Is I couldn't be positive

Its how the bottom of the tank is made.
Is the bottom panel cut to fit inside the four walls, or do the four walls sit on the bottom panel?

Willing to part out the lights for $450
