no, I couldn't find anywhere local that carried the M80 hardware, so I purchased the dual pfo ballast from J&L.

If you do find M80 ballasts somewhere I have an extra set of capacitors for them :D You can have em for free, just pay me to ship them to you, I think they're worth $17usd each. I think there are two companies that manufacture M80 ballasts, advance transformer and someone else, mine are made by advance.
