Mom called if Pavilova (SP) she has not made it in years. I will have to call her up, Maybe its a cake. Still tastes great!

My mom's mince-meat pie, preferably from wild game. Reminds me of wood-burning ovens and a house full of family at Xmas time.

A close second is my grandmother's strawberry-rhubarb, straight from the garden to the kitchen.
