I have a small Algae Blenny, somtimes called a Lawnmower Blenny I believe, that is amazing at clearing the stuff out. My problem is that it doesn't appear to be enough food for him but the hair algae is cut way back.

I find that emerald crabs do a very good job at eating hair algea.
