Edmonton_Eskimo is correct in that they are sometimes called glove polyps, but glove and clove polyps are both from the same species (Clavularia species) and both are also commonly referred to as Eight Tentacle Polyps. Confused? I am

Ah Ha! or Eureka!!
So I looked them both up and now I know the simularities and differences. It's kinda hard to tell but I have to agree (not taking sides  ) with EE. the tenticles are a little fuller like the Glove polyp... either way, at least I can treat it the same way  Thnx Guys!!! Darryl |
thank god they have the same requirements or we'd have lots of dead polyps!
