I found half of it stuck to the sides of the cup when I tried it.

I use a Cuisinart PerfecTemp kettle set to 160f, add water to a glass, scoop in some beads, scoop out beads when they turn clear. Never had an issue with being burned or having it stick to glass.

Water takes the heat from this really fast, it's just physics... best to work with it outside the tank unless you're a ninja :razz:
