she didnt say sorry. I said im here to pick up my dead package. Then she was like what do u mean i said it was all live stock in there she was like O well its not labeled Live. Then went on to say it was processed on sunday shipped sunday night blah blah! that was it.

Thats so mean, she could have had the courtesy to tell you that she was sorry for your loss.
