Just a FYI you can ask to speak to a rep in Canada and they have to send the call to canada

Telecommunications in Canada is a joke. It's really bad. There is a reason why these companies only operate here and other larger companies do not try to come into our market.

Yeah, I sometimes choose the "French" option in hopes to get someone here in Canada.
