I just figured them to get a good judge of the tank if not what would I recommend and here are those closeups

If you like Chromis go for it. Some people just pick Chromis because they're cheap and later wish they had not bought them. Pick a fish you like and really want in your tank. Post a list of some fish you like and we can suggest one that would be a good candidate.

Clown pair
One spot foxface
Royal gramma

Algae is brown8sh hairy/ fuzzy and no air bubbles it won't let me upload the pictures

Maybe I don't understand you wish list, but I'd recommend you do not put both a Kole Tang and a Fox in a 65g :wink:

Neither the Kole Tang nor the Foxface are candidates for a 65-gallon tank long-term. The Kole Tang would be ok for awhile, but they often get very aggressive. Foxfaces stress easily and really shouldn't be kept in small tanks even when they are small. The Clowns and Gramma are both good choices. You could add either of those first.
