CAn you provide a lil bit of detail in terms of where and what kind of pain she is experiencing? Chrio, acupuncture, phsyio, ims (dry needling) are options. Also how far you willing to travel to see one.

Lastly, and most importantly, there is no quick fix. She wont be cured in one or two sittings, so regardless what option you go with, you gotta make sure she's 100% on board.

Really don't want to be known as the crankiest guy on here.
Just tired of some of the BS that happens ...

I love most of the community deeply, just hate a few, and don't trust them to keep things polite

My fault for lumping the whole community into one pile of bad dudes

I'll try to be a Mr Nice Guy for awhile and see how things go ...

So, in the meantime, maybe I'll try a 'new' new me ..

Apprehensively trusting, pensively hopeful, and yet still daringly optimistic.

Maybe now I'll get some likes  Yay, or not

I am also a person who spends most of the day in front of a computer. I have suffered occasional pains in the past and have completely revamped all my peripherals to fit my ergonomic needs to relieve it. If you need any tips on choosing equipment which might help let me know. I'm no physical therapist but with a bit more information I'm sure I might have some tips which could help. Above all that though I find proper posture is the biggest thing when it comes to these things.
