To reverse check, look at the seaweed sold by Julian Sprung. It has the perforations to cut for sushi :) Same stuff.

i feed my yellow tang a quarter sheet of Two Little Fishies Seaweed every day. Is that enough seaweed for him? I also feed him pellets, mysis and brine daily.

You may want to buy bulk, 50 sheets for 1/4 the price. And ya, that's probably fine, as long as it also has some algae or other food during the day.

Thanks for the input.
I was being being a bit paranoid.
Will start them in this 2$ stuff tomorrow.
Can't believe how much cheaper it is than the lfs, for what appears to be the same thing.

Can't blame the LFS for trying to make a profit, it's the manufacturers/suppliers that provide them with that nicely packaged overpriced 20 gram bit of nori to sell to their loyal customers. Congrats, you are now an informed consumer! And you don't have to worry about grabbing a sheet of the generic market nori & scarfing it down yourself. I've been known to gobble down a sheet or two myself as I'm preparing the snippets I feed to my fishes. Certainly wouldn't do that with the "special for fish nori" from the LFS.

Seaweed

Nori - Seaweed the same thing. Dried Seaweed packaged and sold under different brand names.

I have done the same.. I had to high my nori stash for my fish as my son loved it,(I made sushi one day) and then got my daughter to eat it LOL
