no i never got the problem solved .. it fixed itself when i accidentally bump my reator eff. to one of my power bar where the regulator was plugged into.. melted the power bar along with my mag 7 pump's plug and after the clean up the regulator worked just fine :rolleyes:

Hmm, thats a different way of solving the problem.
