Can you make these type of plugs?

I need a type of plug that can't be pushed out too easily by fish from the underside of my frag rack.

I like the look of the Thrive ceramic plugs, but I hate that they're hollow.

In your opinion, if you could have custom or store bought frag plugs (ceramic) what design would you prefer

ATM I'm working on making ceramic plugs similar to the plastic ora plugs and want some ideas

I prefer frag disks. Especially for frags that encrust like montis, zoas, etc. When I get a frag plug I cut off the peg to turn it into a disk. I also like frag rubble that easily epoxies to the rock and disappears.
