Both are higher than my levels, I don't have corals turning green. Well, except the green ones :)

I don't think your parameters are the problem, if they are accurate. You said you have had these for about 4 months, but you didn't give the names of these corals. Maybe green is their true colour? Sometimes it takes SPS a few months to colour up to what they should be. And of course placement and light will affect colour, too. What is the brand name of your Chinese LED?

I will check the LFS as to what brand I don't see it written on it.

Blue LEDs can cause the green pigments in the corals to fluoresce and give a green glow.
