The trades that work in the patch don't hurt for income so don't feel too bad for him ;)

With just emptying my back account for the house, and the wife wanting new stuff, finishing the garage n mechanical room, and the list of changes the wife has for the house, it will be awhile before water is pumping...
That and I'm addicted to hunting sheep, and if anyone know about that, it makes this hobby look cheep
