There are Masters divisions! The lady down the street from me is 54 and holds National records in PL. :D

I thought PL was fun, but it's hard on the body. Now I want to get back into it with some suitable accessory work too, but no big numbers. My thighs got too muscular for my liking when I was doing PL. Oh wait, I have a video of me somewhere doing BS at 210 lbs I think it was.

Ain't nobody got time for that!!!! Somebody go enjoy some pie FFS lol!!!!

Dearth 07-03-2015 09:46 PM

If Brad eats a pie there needs to to video or picture evidence of him doing so with actual pictures of him putting the pie into mouth or it doesn't count

He says so many things but never carry through doesn't eat cookies, doughnuts, cake or ice cream something seriously wrong with that boy.....

c'mon, I did eat 2 cookies. My daughter needs to put on weight, so the rest got donated to the cause! I had a big bowl of oatmeal with berries Wed night...does that count? Oh, and 30g of 85% chocolate almost every night.
If you want a vid of chicken and broccoli, that I can arrange -lol

Aquattro 07-03-2015 11:33 PM

Oh! Hey! I had pizza at Rich's place last summer!! See, I eat what you guys eat

Dearth 07-03-2015 11:40 PM

Sorry, no, tofu is not on the menu here lol Meat. Lots of meat. If it's not protein, it's a garnish.

gregzz4 07-04-2015 12:45 AM

Cookies, pie, ice cream and even donuts can have protein in them.

Ooo, remember Harmony Donuts on Upper Lonsdale ? Ahh those were the days. Right out of the oil with a cup of fresh coffee, followed by a smoke ... mmm, I'm getting hungry.

One way to ensure flooring replacement, give the fish room one final good flooding before draining tank. Wood subfloor finally cracked through, figure 15 gallons of water drained before it was caught. Man, I'm going to miss this!:twised:

Nah, get a dishwasher. New flooring, subfloor, new cabinets, baseboards, half the walls. Tank has nothing on that!! lol

Well if the floor lets go, tank cracks, I bet it would be pretty close, plus the basement is partially developed.....could be a gooder!

Sounds like that's coming from experience??

Yikes, sorry to hear! That sucks big time!!

Myka 07-04-2015 02:40 PM

It hit 41.9C on the deck yesterday and 91% humidity. I felt like a melting snowman. Now the house is 80% humidity - time to pull out the dehumidifier! I don't think the floors like 80% humidity...

Ha! Yeah, I did both. I'm female, and despite your recent sexism, females can multitask! Booyah!

Ouch, you need MTS so you can have a FOWLR.

You're going to need more fingers and toes.

On the topic of Donuts/Doughnuts and Protein.....

This one's for Brad. I apparently was bored this evening and thought I'd share with him my artery clogging, coronary inducing 4 layered sandwich.....and of course.....pastries. There was a donut for the picture....but....I ate it beforehand (wasn't thinking).

What you have before you is Bacon....lots of Bacon, BBQ Chicken Breast, and BBQ Steak Shavings for protein. What you don't see is the fried egg I put on one of the layers for good measure. There are token veggies for garnish - BUT.....bonus points for carmelizing the onions and mushrooms in Bacon drippings. Binders - Melted Mozeralla, Havarti, and Mayonnaise. Tomatoes for colour and lettuce for texture (who doesn't like crunchy things?)

Pastries are from a nearby bakery - that makes their own real cream.

I would have included a picture of some alcoholic beverages that I used to wash down the sandwich......but was uncertain of the "Rules" and criteria posted in the "other" thread to get post count and activity up. ;)

P.S. - Before anyone asks: "Why such a cheap paper plate for such a sandwich?".....Answer: "I'm lazy and knew I wouldn't be moving much after inhaling that amount of lovely grease."

hunggi74 07-05-2015 12:30 AM

Red, I gained weight just from looking at those pics!! Awesome!!

Myka 07-05-2015 01:03 AM

I'd eat that!

Aquattro 07-05-2015 01:14 AM

I'd eat the sandwich guts for sure. Not big on bread, but looks good for sure!

And for rules, beers were to be posted next to scantily clad persons. Or some such silliness.
