Oh my lord...
You plains people are so accustomed to the snow...shame on you. You're complaining about some snow. Isn't that what you get from Oct to Mar? I grew up in B.C. and learned how to drive in the snow and, when it happened, it was fun. Sometimes we don't get much here, and not enough for my liking but, I couldn't imagine a winter without some snow. And so you know I respect snow...I spent a winter @ my Aunt's in Prince George where we had 13', yes I said 13 FEET of snow that covered the deck. Us kids tried to go into it from the basement but were stopped. Would have been a cool tunnel expedition (until we were crushed by the snow) Most people here can't drive in it...must be the Import problems...with their cars I mean... |
about 15yrs ago we got a huge snowstorm back home the next morning i went to open the door and when i did there was nothing but a wall of snow with the imprint of the door stuck to it completely , in order to get out and shovel i had to shovel most of the snow into the house just to crawl out and start to shovel it all outside, later that day after it was all said and done i had 15ft banks of sno on either side of my driveway.....talk about a sore back lol.....theres no snow out here on the flats...plenty of cold but you guys dont know snow lol;)
