I met Dave a couple weeks ago when I was buying new bulbs, looks like a cool set up, especially the frag tank.

I think that's what's been lacking in Calgary at the stores are frags. Sometimes it's nice just to drop 10 or 20 bucks instead of 80, especially if you are new and don't know if you can keep it alive.

couldnt agree more , me and dave have some awesome ideas in mind for everyone be it a new reefer or a crazy collector like myself lol :P

Back to the pet peeves... One thing I noticed and hate is the customer service at some of the stores. The level of service I get is also not consistent from visit to visit. On some occasions, its great. While more often than not, its bad. Although most of them are very nice and willing to help, some I find the staff to be a bit condescending.

Oh and if I may add that knowing denny's level of attention and care, that it won't be a problem :D

The thing i liked the most about a certain LFS in Calgary was the zoa frag tank. $10 zoa is hard to beat. I would usually get 6-7. Dont usually buy full blown corals but frags are great!

My biggest pet peeve is when stores don't give discounts to canreef members. :lol:

But if we do that then we will have to do reefcentral discounts lol

I'm also going to see if I can get the concept points thingy rolling again, maybe points with every purchase or something like that;)
