Got a little more done tonight. Put the tank back On the stands, put all the bulk heads in and started plumbing my OM 4 way. It is all just dry fit still have to glue it. Also have to plumb the supply line from the tank to the 4 way yet as I forgot to get a couple fitting's. Once this is done it is on to the electrical.

Quite the project, nice job. I've noticed the tray you built for the return pump and haven't read the entire thread, but it looks like a Panworld external pump. Have you considered the possibility of a mishap filling up that tray and submerging your external pump? That could be disastrous. Pretty sure the motor is not waterproof.

Ya I have thought of that but hopefully it will all work the way I have planned. The tray is just to catch any water that might spill if I have to pull a pump out. If all the plumbing is sealed correctly there should be no mishaps.

Me to, it will be a challenge to move from the shop to the house in one piece as I hope to do. I don't want to have to take the bulkheads out to pull the tank off the stand so it will take at least 6 of us to move it in.

Well I have found a new pump for my closed loop with the help of a cool cat in Regina, lockrookie. :thumb: Hopefully I will not have to change to much of the plumbing from the OM 4 way.

Finished wiring in light timer's today before my cold got the better of me. Just about done now.:biggrin:
