Also, I would not use the float valve as your primary shut off. If you do you will burn out your membrane faster due to small in and off surges due to evap in the reservoir causing the float valve to move frequently. When you are done making RO I would still turn off the source water into your RO unit.

Agreed. I always shut off the source water for a piece of mind. In my new build i'm even plumbing in emergency overflows that go right to a drain just in case. No more floods for me!

Normally I'm not so boneheaded and do turn my inlet water off. Just forgot to in this instance for whatever reason.. I'm sure my neighbours below me are so pleased!

Have you even met your new neighbors yet  Hi, nice to meet you, I'm the guy who just flooded your suite

Curious to know where you keep your brute - have any pics ?
You probably won't want to do what I did in your new place ...

Don't tell them you have a fish tank. They might change the condo rules and then you won't be allowed to have such a large fish tank anymore.

" It was a careless spill on my part. I was planning a new home party and left a bucket full of ice and spirits in my utility room, which overflowed when the ice melted and the bottles displaced the water "

There are plenty of ways around insurance issues

Hey Wayne hope your tank is doing well. Just wondering what is your ATI module unit? and do you know the power consumption for the whole unit?
