Love this time of the year - have received 5 bottles of wine in the last few days... unfortunately, I don't drink wine  geez, someone bring me some vodka.

Oh my! Is that what all people from Regina have?

lockrookie 12-21-2012 11:36 PM

Maybe..... I try to limit my posting behaviour. Most things that come out of my brain only seem funny to myself and the voices in my head.

If you're anything like me, you're going to spend hours figuring out what to put where
Enjoy the organization

That's an understatement!! I am currently working on revamping my tool / wood shop area. Took out a piece of the wall under my office mezzine to open it up, built a couple walls to close in my in floor heating boiler, hot water tank & compressor but still have a big mess still to organize.

blacknife 12-24-2012 03:28 PM

The gf was hinting at getting something like that for xmas.. but my CC statements tell me she didn't :(

Aysha 12-24-2012 08:52 PM

Of course today all my fish get ich.
I am not in the mood. Hopefully I caught it on time and can treat it. If I lose them I'm selling my fracking tank.

Nano 12-25-2012 01:56 AM

Post water change. return pump wont restart.

tools missing<channel locks to pull unions on pump... and only the channel locks everything else in its place>

kids and dogs acting up...

rage on....

at least if the pump is dead it is boxing week, and i do need a bigger pump for the new build....

blacknife 12-27-2012 10:21 PM

still no pliers.. and trying to force them open by hand has caused my bulkhead from the sump to start leaking heavily, the sump is over full from said waterchange, and i have 0 backup water as i just used it all.. hahah its going to be a long night i thinks.

the gf is in edmonton with her sis. i have the kids and i am supposed to pick her up tonight. good luck to that

blacknife 12-27-2012 11:57 PM

all better..

I was going to do mine today, but a girlfriend called and said lets go for dinner....ok, off I go at 4 and well time flies, get home at 10, way too late for lugging water from the basement.....stuffed and lazy:p

blacknife 12-30-2012 04:53 AM

how do you leak test a co2 tank/regulator that emptied itself in 5 days, when there is no presure left it it, its the weekend.. and you dont want to spend the money to go refill it. so much for set and forget

<insert grumbling and swearing here>

SanguinesDream 12-30-2012 05:08 AM

I took enough sleeping meds to kill a horse. I pray I shall sleep tonight.....but I already have a window open for Fragbox....must resist shopping.

lockrookie 12-30-2012 05:26 AM

Note to self.... When rewiring your new light fixture and plug in to see what that cord lights up... Be sure to unplug said cord before cut it.... You may ruin your brand new wire cutter you bought for the job. And set off the smoke alarm..oops lol I need another drink

Heh I am new at this ca reactor thing but I agree, I am leaning more towards the regulator, solenoid or plumbing in between, that was dangling there where little children could play with it the couple days the tank was gone<had it in over last weekend>

past the solenoid everything appeared to be working ok, heh funny thing is i was just going to test parameters tonight to make sure it was dialled in properly after ignoring testing all week.I just hope i get it sorted out before going back to work NEXT monday heh.

<edit> what is this little brass piece i found on the floor a few days ago with an o'ring on both sides, funny i see it sitting here beside the computer while typing this post.. i wonder.....

<second edit> GRRRRRRRRRRRRR:2gunfire:

on another note

it is much harder trying to pull apart a well built tank with thick glass than little dinky tanks with thin glass. the blades i have don't stick in deep enough to make it easy i guess new blades are on tomorrows shopping list
