Sorry I missed this earlier

Luigi is a Spanish term for 'falls down stairs' that can be applied to slopes, inclines, or any other kind of slippery ( or not ) surface, but is generally applied to clumsy people, or those that are inclined to become off-balance due to self-abusive tendencies

Mario is also a spanish term. It loosely translates to 'Eh, I'm married, so we gotta make this quick', but it can also be applied to a person, as in 'Eh, I'm married, but I like you better'

Details, details   (FYI for those who don't know) there was another member selling a 60g cube a few weeks ago that I was trying to figure out how to get it (he was from lethbridge but going to red deer) so I tried to figure out something with Grizz to find out Grizz wanted it  I didn't really have the money for it and was told I didn't need it (weird huh ) so I told Grizz to go for it. However I reserve the right to razz him about it

I wanted a 60g cube before the one you got was available I just wasn't sure I wanted to drag more buckets around for water changes for a larger cube. However when I saw that stand and canopy, I really wanted it (still waiting for a pic. so I can drool over it ) unfortunately (even though it was a really good price for it) I had just bought LED lights and didn't really have the money for it and  and apparently (for some odd reason) I was told I didn't "need" another tank

Aysha 09-14-2012 02:07 PM

Should have it back together this weekend Wayne just finished installing a new skimmer. Great until we learned I NEED A NEW CHECK VALVE!

P.S whoever installs a door on nothing but pin nails (no hinges or anything) and sells me a faulty pump and check valve should be dealt with accordingly.

no offense but its the buyers responsibility to make sure these things work before purchase:)

Aysha 09-14-2012 03:32 PM

duh except I bought it in the middle of Steves store.
It was priced accordingly so I'm only mumbling.

unless its from walmart the rule still stands lol

sucks i know but thats life, a private seller can only do so much its the customers responsibility to make sure they are getting what they paid for, im not giving critisism its just how things work :P

cheers:P

Aysha 09-14-2012 03:41 PM

Yep :) and I bought it on the condition that not everything would be perfect. so I don't really mind. Means I got to get new better stuff! except the nails that's more of a DO YOU KNOW HOW DOORS WORK kind of moment

lol yeah theres some shady workman ship that goes around , being in renovations i see everyones crap work for previous years and new:)

but ya gotta admit though.....some nice having a larger tank to play with eh;)

Aysha 09-14-2012 03:53 PM

OH GOD!
it's totally different.
60 gallon cube with a sump bigger than the bio. With the stand and canopy the damn thing is 6ft tall! I hate working on it without my grippers to reach to the bottom of the tank but otherwise it's fantastic. My Fish love it and it looks dang skippy even though it's half decorated I have people coming into my house doing double takes! my favorite "I thought graphic designers were broke?" "This is why graphic designers are broke"

Apparently, hinges are greatly over-rated. Nails are IN. Hinges are out:wink:

Okay, now I'm not the only one
I've been trying for hours, and even cycled the modem and router ....
Upload failed over and over
I even tried their Bulk Uploader and it still failed ... Internal Server Error

Damned free stuff

gregzz4 09-15-2012 03:09 AM

BTW, I keep a Photobucket folder on my PC just for Canreef pics ...

Imagine what would happen to all your posts if your photos were lost and you had to upload them again ?
