nice work.. if you can try to pump the pump straight without that elbow. Puts strain on the pump.

great work!

Ya I have not glued the line from the pump to the tee so I can still change it. I was hoping to keep the pump in close & I know it would put strain on the pump. I will probably change that.

So i decided to change the plumbing on the return pump to this:

Then I had a neat idea that I thought I would try out:

Originally I put a small piece of 1/2" pipe in the end of the 45's & 90's like a nozzle type thing but Terry had 4 nozzel's from rio that we sanded down a little to fit in the 45's & 90's and they work pretty good. I have the tank & sump full of water just waiting until tomorrow to do a full water test run so that a couple of fitting cam set-up completly.

Looks good so far. If you have problems with your drains it's likely a result from the pipes being submerged all the way in the sump. This tends to cause an airlock or something that prevents the drains from flowing properly. Also there is a steel screw under the white cap in the ball valve handle, not sure if you know that or not.

Now issues with the flow what so ever, have to tune in my durso a little but other then that works great. Once I figure out how to upload a vid to utube I will post link.
