Hi there, thanks for the thought, i saw this the other day, quite an interesting article, as I already have a recator i will probably stick with it for now although the dosing does have its attractions....

I will see how stable I can get my kH using the reactor, Ph and Calcium are fine but I knwo that in the UK I had some difficulty keeping the kH stable, maybe a combination would be useful even if it was just a very slow dosing of kalkwasser or similar.

Thanks for getting the Amex thing soerted out, I look forward to giving it a spanking on your new machine.

    Thanks again.

    hi kevin

this is mike from rocky was in there and picked up an r.o. unit from you a week ago. if you you recall i also picked up a bottle of the zeobak to treat my cyano problem. i haven't starting using it yet (a trip to b.c. got in the way) but now that i am back i am planning a big water change and then start treating with the zeobak. i was wondering if it is necessary to stop my protein skimmer while i am in the process. and until i get my sump set up am using an fx5 i usually dont keep the sponges in their cause i heard they are nothing but nitrate trap, but have been running with them recently hoping to help clean up my water a little, should i remove them while i am treating as well? other than that thank you for the valuable info and excellent service u have definitely gained my trust and business. thanx
