they will be fine for anything up high. the bottom may not support SPS. LPS and softies should not be a problem. I had them on the bottom of my tank and they were fine. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

They are ecoxotic Panorama LED Retro 36 Model # 8220. I have two of them
I used them in my 24" deep tank. softies would still grow at bottom of tank.
