Pre-open moves Stock futures climbed as Federal Reserve Vice Chairman Donald Kohn said monetary policy must be nimble, pragmatic and flexible. The dollar extended gains against the yen and euro, and gold prices dropped sharply. On the data front, orders for U.S.-made durable goods fell for the third straight month in October.
