Excited much?

Hi!

I'm completely new to this world! The world of salt water fishies that is and I couldn't be more excited, or more nervous for that matter. I've wanted fish for as long as I can remember and now I'm finally getting my wish... A very good friend of mine (aka bean) is helping me set up a tank for my birthday! The only word running through my head right now is: Stoked! haha

Although I hate the thought of being un-informed about any sort of subject, I'll admit that I'm completely green when it comes to fish. I've spent the better part of the day reading up on maintenance and care and what its going to take to actually set up a healthy, thriving tank... a daunting task indeed. However, I've developed a "bring it on" attitude and I'm determined to succeed!!

Any tips are welcome! Any advice is also very welcome. haha
