Shares of the following companies were among those making notable moves in the U.S. stock market Monday: Advancers Lear Corp. rose 25% to 29 cents. The automotive-parts maker plans to restructure about $2.3 billion in debt under a proposed bankruptcy, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday. On Wednesday, the company said it may file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. In the Monday filing, Lear said it estimates 2009 sales of $9.07 billion and 2010 sales of $11.38 billion.
